Eliminate the wait with mobile deposit

With Denali's mobile banking app, you don’t have to travel all the way to a branch or ATM to deposit your check. Simply snap a picture of the front and back of your check, and upload it right from your mobile device. The money will instantly be transferred to your account, just like it would be if you were to cash the check at a physical branch location**.

Mobile deposit is free, secure, and compatible with most modern iOS and Android devices. To activate the feature, first download our mobile app. Then, follow these simple steps:

  1. Click the Transactions/Deposit Check option from the menu.
  2. Read and accept the terms and conditions.
  3. Check your email for a confirmation of our registration and deposit limit within two business days.

Mobile deposit is easy to use! Here are a few tips to get you started:

  • Make sure you’ve signed the back of your check.
  • When taking the picture, place the check on a contrasting colored surface to help it stand out.
  • Center the check so it fits inside the green box in the viewer on the app.
  • Keep your check somewhere safe for 90 days after depositing it.

Also, please note that certain checks with an asterisk in the dollar amount, small or 3-D text, signatures that extend into the MICR line, or background images are more difficult for the reader to register and may not process.

* Deposits made by 5 p.m. on a business day will be processed by 6 p.m the following day. Deposits made after 5 p.m will be processed by 6 p.m the next business day.

Mobile provider may assess data and other usage charges and they should check with their mobile provider. Funds are subject to Denali's funds Availability Disclosure.
