It helped ensure the process went smoothly. Colin was so quick! It was like I blinked and we were already done. They even offered an envelope to store all our documents in, and I walked out of there with not only a new account, but reminder cards for how to easily set up my online banking. Thank you Tommy and Colin for making this process a breeze!
