Call volume to our Member Contact Center is greater than normal, and we are working to reply to member calls as soon as possible. If you do not want to wait online, we have a callback feature which will allow you to leave your number, and we will call you back as soon as possible. You do not lose your place “in line” if you use the callback feature.
DEBIT CARD TRANSACTIONS MARCH 29 - APRIL 1
All debit card transactions have been posted to your accounts and you can view them online.
If you had an automatic transfer of your monthly mortgage payment, this payment option may no longer be available with the new vendor, Cenlar. This vendor sent information about how you can choose to set up a monthly ACH payment. If you do not have that information from Cenlar, you can link to the ACH form here (PDF) for a copy. You may elect to make your payments from a Denali account, or from any other financial institution.
