We are offering are members financial relief on any mortgage or home equity loan that you have with Denali.

 




 

90-Day Real Estate Forbearance

 

60-Day Foreclosure Moratorium

Foreclosures will not be initiated or continued through at least May 31, 2020.

Program Details

  • Denali members can temporarily suspend loan payments for up to 90 days
  • No late fees
  • We will not be reporting negative credit during this 90 day forbearance period.
  • Interest will continue to accrue during the 90 day forbearance period.
 
  • Foreclosure process suspended for 60 days
  • Evictions suspended for 60 days to accommodate stay-at-home orders

If you have been financially impacted by the Coronavirus, you may qualify for monthly mortgage payment assistance options, such as a forbearance plan.  A forbearance is a temporary suspension of your monthly mortgage payment. During the forbearance period, your payments are suspended for a set period of time. However, if you are able to make partial payments, it will reduce the amount due at the end of the forbearance period.

Important note: At the end of the forbearance period, all suspended payments will be become due.
